Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Sprouse's Locksmith website or services.

1. Service Appointments

By booking an appointment with Sprouse's Locksmith, you agree to be available at the service location at the scheduled time. We make every effort to arrive within the estimated window, but traffic and previous job complications may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays to you.

2. Service Call Fees

A service call fee may apply for mobile visits. This fee covers the cost of transportation and the technician's time to arrive at your location. This fee is due regardless of whether the service can be completed, provided the technician arrived and attempted the service in good faith.

3. Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee.

4. Authorization and Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized agent of the property or vehicle for which you are requesting locksmith services. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership (such as a driver's license, registration, or deed) before performing any work. We will not unlock or modify locks for any property or vehicle without proper authorization.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action or the filing of a mechanics lien.

6. Warranty

We stand by our work. Hardware supplied and installed by Sprouse's Locksmith is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or attempted repair by others.

7. Liability

Sprouse's Locksmith is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or property. While we take great care, some unlocking methods may carry a minor risk of cosmetic damage (e.g., weather stripping), for which we are not responsible unless due to gross negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
