Service Policy Update

European Vehicle Policy

Why we generally do not service BMW, Mercedes, Audi, or VW keys, and what you should do instead.

Limited Service for European Brands

Due to the proprietary nature of their security systems, service for the following brands is limited to specific years and models.

General Rule of Thumb:

  • Pre-2014 Models: We can often help (e.g., 2012 BMW 3-Series, older Mercedes).
  • 2015+ Models: These usually require the dealership due to updated encryption.

Why Is It Case-by-Case?

Many modern European manufacturers use highly encrypted "rolling code" systems that require a live connection to corporate servers. However, we CAN service many older models and specific platforms (like older BMW E-series, Mercedes G-Wagons, etc.) where the system is accessible to professional locksmith equipment.

While some locksmiths claim to do these, the equipment required costs tens of thousands of dollars and often carries a high risk of "bricking" the car's computer (BCM/ECU) if not done perfectly.

We choose to focus on American and Asian vehicles (Ford, Chevy, Honda, Toyota, etc.) where we can guarantee a 100% success rate and a fair price.

The Only Exceptions

We CAN sometimes help with:

  • Older Models: We can often generate keys for pre-2014 BMWs, older Mercedes, and VAG group cars.
  • Specific Models: We have success with Mercedes G-Wagons, older 3-Series/5-Series, and various VW models.
  • Simple Lockouts: If you locked your keys inside the trunk or cabin, we CAN open ANY car for you without damage.

So, What Should You Do?

If you have lost all keys to a modern BMW, Mercedes, or Audi, your safest and most reliable option is unfortunately the Dealership.

*If you have an American or Asian car, we can definitely help!
